The customer service was great. I had gotten the dutch oven and noticed it had a crack on the side and sent pictures showing my concern. They were kind enough to send me a completely new one in the mail very quickly. The product looks great and I cant wait to use it. I always wanted onevof these MASSIVE Dutch ovens and this one exactly matched the description. It was fairly well packed but several of the legs had punched through the box but no damage to the oven. It was shipped very fast and I'm happy with the purchase
