Rug set arrived fast, was nice and was a great price, but it was not totally as advertised because the bath mat was larger than listed in the ad and it would not fit in my space - in all fairness, the manufacturer may have put the wrong size mats into these sets and the Seller has no control over that. Once I notified them of the issue and sent a verification photo, they refunded ASAP and they were very responsive to all of my messages.
Item was received today. It got lost in transit and that's why it took longer than expected. It was not the seller's fault. Seller gave me a refund after it got lost and when I saw that it was found and being send to me, I tried to send the refund back, but I wasn't allowing me to. Excellent seller to do business with.
