Bought and paid for item. Originally said shipping to UK. After I bought it, which said last item, the auction refreshed to say they were available again. Listing had also changed to will not ship to UK. I messaged seller, who said something about customs form, then 2 days later, said difficult to ship model weapons at moment overseas, which is crazy, as I order many 1/6 figures and weapons from China, Malaysia, US etc. Refund was given though, which is why neutral and not negative.
