The item arrived within the shipping order window of dates. It was new, arrived as pictured. It was packed well enough. I have found this item as the most effective against spiders. It is also petroleum based, lasting longer than water based products. Locally, it is no longer carried. Amazon and Walmart won't ship it. I am thankful that this seller had this product!

still waiting 10 days later for this item to arrive - from NJ to CT using USPS it went to Springfield Ma (where all packages go to die) and sat there for 4 days and has now been "in transit" to somewhere unidentified for another 5 days - not the seller's fault so no issue there as they sent immediately after the sale - but USPS now sucks - thanks Dejoy
