I was a bit surprised that this arrived without a box, packaging, etc. since it was left on the door step. I will however say it arrived safely, no damage, and arrived very quickly to the residence. I would recommend this seller to anyone. Communication regarding arrivals, etc. were also excellent.
I was quickly notified that the quilt was damaged at the warehouse and given options for moving forward. While I did choose the refund, the response was quick, and I was fully refunded.
