  3. Shipment was sent in two envelopes, I only received one, tracking showed both delivered, Obviously USPS screwed up. I informed seller I did not receive one of the packages, but I told him not to worry about it, it wasn't his fault, it wasn't much money, he is replacing it in the next shipment.
