  1. I must say, I was disappointed that the product was sent to the wrong zip code. So I never received it. HOWEVER- I did have a tracking number. I give the seller 4 STARS for PROMPTLY RESPONDING to my inquiry about this matter. My money was refunded the same day! Despite me double checking my mailing info , like I always do, I realize that accidents do happen. So I don't blame the seller at all. I'd still recommend them, I'd even order from them again, if need be, as their prices were good.

  2. I was very happy with the quality and condition. Seller packaged the mugs very well. Would have appreciated more communication from the seller. After initial, very quick contact to verify my address, there was nothing. Would have made my life easier if I had been told when the package left the seller’s hands. Shipping date given by the seller does not match the date of notification I received from eBay.
