You must arrange the return delivery yourself and we cannot reimburse and return postage charges of any faulty items over 30 day policy. If you receive an item in error, please do not open or use the product and we will happily replace it for the product you require. Please return it & we will cover the postal costs incurred. You have 7 days to contact us to arrange to return and unwanted items. The return must arrive to us with 30 days of the original order date.
