Front Wheels were meant to have a flint stick out & contact sand paper that was wedged in the guardrails & thus Spark! Worked ok. Cool Effect. Tires feel ok, soft, not brittle, not flaky; need to be trued down & some conditioner, but should perform well. Everything is Unused. Sold as is.
