Poor quality, seller did not package item properly for shipping and were damaged. I had made a offer which seller accepted plus added second purchase. Seller was nice enough to give me refund on one of the purchases but of course the highest cost. Here we are celebrating New Year, integrity never changes. The only reason I am giving this seller a POSITIVE is because he was at least nice enough to give me a refund of one of my cheap purchases. Thank you
This is a beautiful tree and I’ve actually ordered two other small ones because of the great quality. The condition is new. The packaging was outstanding and shipping was timely. We also got regular updates on the status of the shipment and it was a great value for what we paid.
