A 3 &A 12 Tsubas. I had ordered these two Tsubas for a couple of project swords I’m working on. When I received the order I found that one of the Tsubas were incorrect. I contacted the Wang group and explained the situation. They replied back to me the next day with sincere apologies and let me know that they were right then mailing me the correct item and to keep the wrong item as well. Great attention to detail in solving my problem. I was very pleased with the actual Tsuba I received.

Item arrived quickly although the box was damaged which led to some damage to the sword inside. It was minimal and no fault of the seller. Otherwise, the sword arrived in good shape, sharp and functional and am pleased with the sword and quality of the product especially for the price. I did contact the seller about the shipping damage (again, aware it is not their fault and called this out) and their response was very quick and helpful.
