Remove the radiator mounting bolts, Remove the condenser mounting bolts, Remove the radiator from the vehicle. 5.Mount the radiator. Mount the new radiator in position. 6.Install the condenser mounting bolts and tighten them down, Install the radiator mounting bolts. 7.Connect the transmission cooler lines, Mount the fan. Mount the cooling fan in position, Install the cooling fan mounting bolts, Reconnect the cooling fan electrical connector. 8.Slide the hose onto the connection. Install the upper and lower radiator hose. Connect the radiator reservoir hose. Close the drain petcock as needed. Then fill the radiator with coolant. 9.Bleed the air from the cooling system.
