Great cable deal!!! New USB2.0 to mini-B that performed exactly as described. Couldn't ask for a better price, including shipping... and really appreciate the effort that went into the packaging. UPS's handling of the package leaves something to be desired - item was delivered more than 24 hours ago and still shows as sitting at UPS facility - but it's no reflection on the seller, or the product. Knowing what to expect from UPS though, I'd still be glad to buy from this seller again. A++++
The item never arrived. I requested a refund and the seller advised me to give it a little more time but then, the next day, the seller agreed that the item should have been delivered by now and subsequently gave me a full refund for the item. There was no shipping charge on the original order. The seller communication was good. Also, the seller accommodating for a solution that I asked for was good. A positive experience. Excellent due diligence from this seller! After the tracking on the item went dead and multiple UPS customer support people gave me incorrect information several days after the item didn't arrive on time, the seller, being very responsive to my eBay messages, explained to me in clear terms exactly what was going on and why the tracking stopped after the item didn't arrive. He knows more about UPS than they do! The item then arrived on the front end of the time frame he gave me.
