Unfortunately the item was lost in the post! Seller immediately offered a refund, but I wanted the item. Seller offered to send another. This it appears also has been lost in the post? Seller has now sent a refund. I cannot fault the communication or the service, however, my suggestion would be that the seller seriously considers their relationship with the shipping company? I appreciate that items travelling half way across the world can sometimes get lost, but when the replacement is lost???
Cannot speak for the quality of the product as it hasn’t arrived, however I have not been allowed to cancel my order within minutes of creating it, saying it has already been posted which is ridiculous. Bad communication from the company
