Works and looks good. Minor cosmetic as advertised but overall a great deal thank-you for the honesty. They came secure in bubble wrap and no signs of major damage due to mistaking issues. All cords were accounted for. They did need to be rebooted to install them but that was the least of my worries once I had music playing I can now have my surround sound as I always wanted it. The seller noticed I liked it and did not give me a hard time and actually negotiated to make a deal happen.
The software arrived very well packaged and in good time. Once opened the purchase was just as good as described and shown in the auction. All communications were handled in good timing and positive. No surprises, no disrespect given or felt as questions were asked. Non better on Ebay to deal with. The Service Department is exactly that. Thank you for a very good purchase and experience.
This seller will seemingly do ANYTHING to make a problem right. There ended up being something slightly wrong with the item that was sent, but the seller was swift to respond and fix whatever went wrong. If you need confidence in buying from someone, this is your guy.
