13 pocket accordion file organizer arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was exactly as described. It feels sturdy and well made, with plenty of room for organizing documents. I haven’t tested the fireproof claim (and I hope never need to), so I’ll take the seller’s word on that. The seller did reach out to confirm shipment, which I appreciated – it’s always nice to have that extra communication. Overall a smooth transaction and a product that my meets expectations. 
The seller sent the wrong item, but with the new E-bay must send a photo policy, I could not complete the return on line. After going back and forth with the seller, the seller found a way to send me a return shipping label, and I got my refund. Which I am grateful. The only other issue is that I wish sellers will disclose that they also sell on Amazon. I complained to E-bay but it falls on deaf ears. I will not buy from Jeff Bezos he can ROT in H***
