Beware of this seller I ordered 2 from FGE Ecomm & his twin Benjamin ECOM and I received the same message from both of them and then they refunded my order. """""""Hi"""" Sorry for this. Please accept our apologies. Upon checking your order. It has been lost in the transaction. So we have an option can we send a full refund. Because we think if we send it again it be lost again. So Refund is better. """ They both gave a fake tracking number and have had no response from message.
Weirdest transaction I've had on ebay. Paid, order confirmed,tracking number given, then a message from seller saying that order was lost in transaction so it was refunded but the shipment tracking was still showing it was on its way. Even saying it's delivered...but it didnt and it was refunded. Seller communication is 5 stars but I left neutral rating on everything else...
The response was swift, when my item got lost in the mail.
