The Torch box had gotten wet sometime & crumpled, & the instruction leaflet had stuck together. That may have happened in transit? The torch itself looked new. The postage was a few days over the max time. It arrived in an Amazon box with an Amazon order number, & was fairly expensive so it may have been bought off Amazon & just sent to me. The seller didn't respond to my 1'st message but did to the 2'nd, I sent photos, and they offered a full refund. I didn't bother, too much trouble to USA.
Very fast shipping, decent price, packaged well. Have already utilized one of the tools and expect they'll be of great help with watch battery changes for a good long time. A++ to the seller!
