The Attic Ease item was delivered within the original range of expected delivery dates, communication was good. I bought the item from this seller because I could not find it at any store and both Home Depot and Lowe’s promised delivery (either at my house or at a local store for pick-up) a day or two later than the seller. The strange thing was the seller ordered it from Home Depot and HD shipped it. Glad everything worked out, but if the item or shipping had issues we now had a middleman.
Item is exactly as described. Extremely fast shipping! I received the item 3 days after ordering! My only complaint is the box it was delivered in has a picture of the item on the outside of the box. I ordered this as a gift for my wife, but luckily I got to it door first to get the package, so no surprise ruined! Great seller, will definitely buy from again! 5 stars!!
