  1. 12 hours after I ordered these, I found them on Amazon, except Amazon said they wouldn’t fit my truck. I emailed XB-motorparts06 and they emailed me immediately and said don’t worry that they’d check with RAM and they’d fit. They fit perfectly. They are extremely high quality! They came boxed & sealed from the factory in 2 days— all hardware & instructions inside. People complained about the instructions— could be clearer but if you take your time they are fine. Love the company & product!

  2. Quality is great, it's new. Condition? It was brought FedEx. I'm sure the condition was great before it started out. The seller was great because they reached out to me about not receiving it. FedEx had it at their facility, then it was out for delivery, then back to the facility. This happened for 5 days straight. Value was reasonably priced compared to similar brands. Appearance? Haven't opened it yet, I plan on installing this weekend. But by the condition of the box I'm not sure.

  3. Initial package was temporarily lost by FedEx, so seller sent a second package via USPS. Package via USPS arrived in good condition, package from FedEx was damaged. During the whole process the seller kept me informed of what was going on even when the shippers were not updating the status. Would do business with again.
