Item was shipped in manufacturers packaging, but still sustained major damage in shipping. That's not the seller's fault, and they communicated with me and gave a refund because they no longer had a replacement. Not the way I'd hoped it would turn out, but the seller did what they could/should have done.
Seller is professional and communicates very timely with buyer. The box the product was in was opened/torn and slightly scratched, but all parts were inside and working as designed. The box damage appears to be a shipper’s issue and not the seller.
