The item arrived in excellent condition—well-packaged, undamaged, and clearly high quality. However, shipping was delayed; it was marked as delivered six days before I received it. Communication was frequent but unhelpful, consisting mostly of repeated, generic responses. Despite the delivery issues, I’m happy with the product itself. Shipping and support need improvement.
