This cleaner/polish will make your scratched acrylics take on new life. Removes heavy scratches and abrasions from most acrylic surfaces. Use when damage is too severe to be restored with NOVUS # 2 polish. Requires use of NOVUS # 2 for final finishing. Not recommended for use on coated plastics. Comparing Novus #2 and #3 Polishes NOVUS #2 removes fine scratches, haziness and lighter imperfections in Lucite and Plexiglas. NOVUS #3 removes heavy scratches and abrasions from most acrylic surfaces. Both polishes contain a light abrasive and are not for use on eyeglasses, polycarbonates or coated plastics. NOVUS #2 should be used as a follow up to NOVUS #3 for best results. Take the heavy scratches out of your acrylic with Novus Plastic Polish #3 Heavy Scratch Remover. Instructions: 1) Shake well. Test in an inconspicuous area. 2) Apply NOVUS #3 Heavy Scratch Remover liberally. Using clean, soft cloth, polish with a firm back-and-forth motion at right angles to the scratches. Keep the cloth saturated with polish at all times. 3) Continue polishing until only fine scratches remain. Using cloth, remove all remaining polish, this is very important! 4) Using a clean cloth, apply NOVUS #2 in a circular motion uniformly to entire surface. Polish using light pressure until NOVUS #2 dries to a light haze. 5) Using a clean portion of the cloth, buff the surface clean. Follow with NOVUS #1 for best results.
Cancelled order twice, why stating they listed it incorrectly, yet it still is posted. What is the real answer? If you cannot honor the sale due to price, that is one thing, but if you are out of stock then you should not still be posting.
