Everything came as described, and in time; however I'd left a message that would have allowed me to discuss some changes to the item (special sizing) but the seller never responded, so the ring is slightly larger than wanted. It could have been easily done frommy perspective as acceptance-shipping time suggests the ring was made "to order" as opposed to "in stock" as a ferusal of the store did not show any of these types of rigs in stock at the time. I'll have it changed by a local jeweler.
Received the pendant on time and was extremely impressed with what I saw in the box. The picture did not do it justice! I will definitely buy here again. The only thing that could’ve been better was the response time when I asked questions, but since it is Christmas time, I imagine they are swamped with questions.
