I give a neutral because I never received the shoes, they were delivered to the wrong address. This is NOT the seller's fault since the shoes were sent to me in a timely manner and the price was right Everything was going well until the person who delivered them...delivered them to the wrong address, or kept them...who knows? This is not the first time it happens. In this world where there is no longer any accountability, this is what happens. I will think twice upon ordering online from now on.
Item is as described and sold at a good price; communication & shipping was slow (however, it did arrive on the last day of the window promised). The name of the ship to addressee was incorrect - I’m glad the package didn’t get lost. Overall, needs to focus a bit more on responding to questions in a reasonable time frame and attention to detail re: recipient.
