The shipping was extremely fast and the communication between the seller and myself was good. Although the item was not exactly how it was noted description the product itself is very good, just missing the step by step video. So if you’re a professional crochet person then you won’t have any issues with this item. Me on the other hand I have not crocheted anything in over 30 years and I needed a step by step. Anyways hopefully this does not make the seller reviews bad it not a too bad of a shop
