I imagine the product was new that's what I ordered it never came it showed that it was delivered but it was not delivered to me this isn't the first time this has happened I don't know if it's between the carrier but this and another product never did arrive I end up spending more money locally Overall the shipper was pretty good They immediately refunded My card I give them an A+ but I do wish that eBay would use some one more like FedEx or UPS if they do use USPS have a signature required
