The item was not packaged as she described it. She told me that it would be in the original box and be packaged within another box and with bubble wrap to keep it secure. Instead, it arrived in a box that looked as though it had been haphazardly put together. The outside tape barely held the box together, and the steamer was inside without anything securing it. Although it was intact, the seller didn't communicate. Still haven't tried to make sure it works. I may revise my rating to negative.
