  1. item never arrived, however the proof of delivery stated something to the affect it was given to the customer. It was raining that day, I was in the house and left a tub marked for UPS today…I tracked it to the truck, supposedly out for delivery by 1pm then another update after 2:30pm nobody stopped at my house. When I contacted the seller they said that it was lost in transit. I asked for refund and it should take 3-5 days. I am disappointed but don’t know who’s at fault. I’ll contact UPS
