I expected an exchange, seller wanted to just refund, I started the refund, instead of sending the label, seller just refunded in exchange for me revising my feedback. I am a man of my word, I will revise my feedback, but, I am not going to sit here and lie. These LEDs are garbage, find them on Amazon.
