Am giving you POSITIVE experience rating so as not to detract from your business, but the way this item was packaged does not make me think it was "NEW" as advertised. Plus, there was no manual/warranty/etc or DVD disc's included (which honestly I do not need but just adds to suspicion that this was not a new item). The box was very thin, heavily damaged when arrived, and the packing materials inside look like leftover christmas wrap. White powder strewn all over item, inside box too.
A seller that went above and beyond in customer service. I have come to realize that there are many sellers that no longer value their customers, but this seller does. Thank you for being an awesome eBay seller, you are appreciated and I wish more sellers were like you.
