Was super quick to answer my questions prior to buying. Arrived quick and easy. I had some questions about the hardware and had reached out because i thought some parts may have been missing but i just misunderstood how fans are packaged and he walked me thru it and was so kind about everything. Such amazing customer service. Would recommend 100%. You can tell they take the time to really inspect/test their open box products.
The seller offered the item as “new in open box”. I contacted the seller who confirmed that it was in mint condition, not a scratch. The seller had offered the item for half of the cost at a hardware store. It was quickly received, was new, and had been packaged extremely well. I would absolutely buy from this seller again, thank you!
This is a good eBay seller to deal with. I bought a good saw at a fair price, it was carefully packaged and quickly shipped. However, it didn't operate properly, a factory defect most likely. The seller promptly accepted the return and refunded my money. I have no complaints.
