Vintage 70s pleated, blue dress -Details: Made in the USA. Label is My Jess Petites. V neck with a lace-like border. Belted at the waist. Sheer bishop sleeves. Pleated with Chevron pattern/shape at the bottom. Flattering silhouette. -Condition: great vintage condition. Very minor imperfections. See photos for notes. -Size: marked a 14 but is definitely not a modern 14.
