  1. The 1st shipment was damaged & did not arrive. The seller however, apologized many times & promptly sent a replacement order. Sadly, the contents were not properly padded inside & both acid bottle lids came loose & leaked inside. An added gift was inside with the bottles and it received acid damage to it as well :((. About 2 ounces in each bottle leaked outside and damaged the box & contents inside. The gift & replacement bottles more than make up for the loss + I know a very honest/nice seller!

Received, but after the item was delivered from Home Depot or someplace like that (had a big yellow sticker on the front of the bag when it arrived), the seller updated the order WITH A FAKE UPS TRACKING NUMBER THAT NEVER WENT ANYWHERE. This was the tracking number: UPS: 160716953. I value honesty, and this did not appear honest to me, unless I'm misunderstanding something.
