The item was received in a timely manner and I was happy to have it. The quality of the product is good and the value great. I would say that perhaps pack it in a box rather than an envelope as the bottle cracked just below the cover. Luckily, the way it was placed in the mail box, not much of the liquid leaked out. I simply poured it into the previous bottle so no worries. It is a really excellent product! Thank you.
