By no means is my neutral rating a bad experience with the company or with the product. The product came as stated in the post so there is no issues whatsoever. I had concerns about wiring of the radios connections. They did understand my concerns and were willing to work with me. Communications was a concern. However they were profession in handling things. I would not hesitate to buy again from them.
Quick shipment and arrival. Radio fits perfect in the dash. Only issue is the wiring instructions were very vague. So you need to have some wiring knowledge so you can get it right. Did communicate with the seller several times and they were always quick to respond. Could use more detailed wiring diagrams for easier install would be my only complaint
i couldnt get my player to play cd s and customer service was very helpful in resolving the issue in a timely manner, i had forgotten to remove safety screws on top and they asked me about that and i remembered i forgot them, i am very pleased with my stereo, now that they talked me thru my issue, thank you
