My feedback is concerning their 'process' of returning / refunds. I have never encountered a merchant w/such impressive professionalism concerning "returns / refunds" !!! I made an honest mistake & I jus changed my mind ... they totally understood w/no hassle whatsoever and my 'refund' was expedited w/such speed & efficiency, I recv'd it in hrs. after our U.S.P.S. scanned the 'Return Label' { ... in which the Seller also foot the bill. } I commend this Merchant !!!
Even though the application chart in the ad said that these would fit my truck, they didn't. I notified the sender and I had a return label within minutes. Once I repacked it and dropped it off at the Post Office I was notified that my refund had been processed. Great customer service. Very good product, I am sorry it didn't fit my application. Thanks
