Item was well packed. It was reasonably priced. it arrived on time. unfortunately, 1 piece was missing. i contacted the seller who was out of the country. We agreed to wait his return and he would look for the piece. A few days after his return, I received an e-mail telling me he had found the piece and would send to me asap. it was now, as described. I am very happy with the timely communication. I highly recommend this Seller
Arrived 1 day after "arrive by" date, but was still in time for when it was needed. Not sure how much of that was Canada Post's fault. Should have been shipped in a box rather than a bag to minimize risk of crush damage, but that was not negotiated in advance and mild crushing of box was already evidenced in the photo of the used item. Product was as described, complete and usable. All in all, good enough.
