The item was exactly as described. The shipping was fast. a few cosmetic issues. I reached out and they said they would issue a 50.00 refund for just the bother which I thought was a wow. After placing the order to purchase a Workbench Table, I requested possible delivery between two dates. I was advised that orders are shipped within 24 hours and actual delivery generally ranges 3-7 days. The order did arrive in 3 days (2-3 days earlier than what I wanted), which caused me to divert my schedule, including driving an additional 175 miles to ensure the box wouldn't be stolen. I have no issues with the seller and the Workbench Table is of good quality.
So cute Xmas cat tree tower and came very quickly more than I expected. Unfortunately, box was a little damaged and a few parts was missing. They replied me within a few hours and give me a partial refund which I can buy missing screws. Very professional and quick response plus friendly customer service. Mahalo
