Item was lost in shipping. They contacted me before I knew anything was wrong. They wanted to give me an immediate refund and 10% discount on my next purchase. I gave it a few more days to arrive, but sadly it didn't. They refunded my purchase immediately. Hopefully they will have something I'm looking for in the future. A+
