I bought 2 filters for my Dyson fans and the seller shipped them quickly. USPS messed up when they arrived at my home USPS left the key for the parcel locker in a neighbors mail box. Fortunately the neighbor eventually dropped the package at my door for me. I was not pleased with the experience but at the end of the day it was not the sellers fault. The filters are an improvement in my home and I would buy from this seller again.
