It is in good used condition for the age. The lens looks good, no cracks, but some minor surface scratches are present. I don't see any damage on the unit. I guarantee the lamp to be functional. I do not guarantee the bulb. Toyota used this unit as a rear interior light in almost everything they made from 95 until 06 in some models. As far as I know, as long as your old one looks like the one in the picture, it should be the same.
