Good item but with transaction challenges. Item was as described. Seller shipped coffee mugs via "bulk printed matter" and package arrived $8.21 postage due, with the mail carrier waiting in the driveway as we scrambled for exact cash. I provided a photo of the box and had to ask twice for the postage refund, which I did then receive.
Seller processed the shipping very timely. The item was in great quality. The packaging was great condition! The appearance was exactly as described. The item came at such as great value! Definitely would buy from this buyer again! The appearance this makes on my table is priceless!
