My problem with this seller might be unique to my situation, but I still had an issue. I needed a replacement wheel quickly, so instead of any of the cheaper options I purchased from this seller because the item was listed for sale about 20 miles away. I sent the seller a message asking about pickup, no response. I sent the seller another message after I see a shipping label printed 700 miles away. They responded the next day. I got the wheel 4 days later, the wheel was brand new and fine.
