Awesome product and communication there was a mix up on the tracking info but got it fixed fedex dropped package at wrong location got it and now got more eggs incubator I have always had fantastic hatch rates from Cozy Chick incubators this makes my 4th one and will continue to buy theses because they regulate the humidity fantastic and hold heat for a 98% to 100% hatch rate and cleaning is very easy
