  1. Rcvd 2 new RD-600 Rs but ordered RD-1200R sprinkler sys. RD600R units appeared to be returns from AMZ or another retailer based on retailer’s barcodes still on packaging. Seller offered an immediate return label & refund for the wrong items. Rcvd a short email apologizing for the oversight but wish I rcvd a call so I could have left a positive review instead of neutral. He had all my contact info. Overall, good return experience & was honest. Quick shipping. I would purchase from again.

  2. Am so pleased with my purchase it arrived today earlier than I was expecting as described and much cheaper than I’d seen anywhere else. The only think is that the case it came in was slightly damaged but that could have happened in transit.
