The item arrived promptly and was as described. I've used it for a few days and everything works. There was an issue with the packaging -- the shipping box was too large and with inadequate padding the device was left to bounce around somewhat; there was minor damage but I was able to fix it; also, the box was not properly sealed and overall was wrapped very sloppily. Again, fortunately, it works fine, but I'm glad it wasn't left in the rain or bounced around too much more.
This seller deserves 5 stars for a fantastic purchase I received from him. The coffee grinder was shipped quickly and the item arrived exactly as described. The only thing I thought was funny was that it was shipped to me in a huge cardboard box which I’m sure added to his cost to ship it to me, but inside it was packed very well. I only wish some of the other sellers on eBay were as ethical as this seller. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this seller again.
Bought open-box Quest accessories. The listing title included an additional product that didn't actually come with the listing. The price was great for the two products, and still good for the one. Soon after I contacted the seller, the owner of the shop got back to me and showed some real integrity by offering a refund and to let me keep the item that did arrive. It shipped immediately, was well packed, and its condition was as described.
