I was very pleased with the purchase, it was as described and arrived on time. Unfortunately, when it arrived at the post office, the worker was worried about it being damaged and had already marked as such before taking it home. When I opened the package it was completely broken in half and I was devastated. However, the seller was very kind and helpful, refunded my money and I didn’t have to return it. I 100% do not believe it was the sellers fault at all, it was obviously done in shipping.
The seller sent me an offer that was super reasonable—but then the package got stuck at the post office with $100 postage due and I was so worried it was a scam. Nope! The post office mis-scanned and the seller reimbursed me the postage I paid immediately.
