The seller is a gentleman and a very nice individual... but for the fact that the items labeled were cut glass and in reality were pressed glass... he did give me a full refund and as a result of damage to the glass in shipping let me have the same.... so i have no issues... BUT buyers must know the difference between "CUT GLASS & PRESSED GLASS" when purchasing any crystal.... there is a world of difference..
