Bought a total of 3 tea pot sets over two purchases. Ordered different colours but seller communicated that the colour I wanted was not available anymore and we settled to agree to all the same colours. One set arrived with many broken items and the seller was able to replace the set. Great clear and quick communication and service. Delivery was a little slow and waiting for replacement was annoying but otherwise fine. I would buy from this seller again.
Arrived to the US than expected, item arrived unbroken and looks as pictured, it is pretty cool in person.
